They are not true to size. I ordered a 7 and it’s too big . I would say order a size smaller. My foot slides all the way through and my toes hang over . I have done all the directions .

The shoes I received were too big for me. I ordered the size I usually wear. I soaked them in water as the instructions said, wore them in the shower the next day to mold to my feet. They Are too loose to wear on stairs, or outside. Great for around the house or gym shower.

Very comfortable! I got the "buy one, get one free" deal. The leopard color design are very soft and fit well, but the black ones feel a little bit different, smaller and not as soft. Overall I still give 4 stars and enjoy my slippers.

Cloudies are comfortable and supportive. I have issues with me feet and these work great. My only complaint would be they only come in black in my size. Not available in the other colors.

I ordered a black pair and a white pair, both size 9. The white pair fits perfectly, but the black pair seems to be a whole size larger and is quite a bit too big for my feet. I will wear them while walking around in my house, but I am quite a bit disappointed that I cannot where them out since they are too sloppy!

I thought the rubber would be softer around my arch and toes. I have had 4 surgeries on my feet over 20 years ago and the nerve endings still give me a fit. Was hoping these wouldn’t be hard on my toes. We will have to see, but straight out of the box they are pretty stiff.
